Masterworks of Bermuda, is the National Art Gallery of Bermuda. The Founder and Director, Tom Butterfield, is to be invested by the Queen of England next week at The Order of the Investiture in London. Elise Outerbrige is the Assistant Director and will be representing Masterworks with Tom. When she learned that current Artist in Residence Judith Paixao also makes fascinators, she commissioned Judith to create a fascinator to represent Bermuda. All week Judith has been planning this creation, and today is the day to make it. Judith is as nervous as if she were to be seeing the Queen herself!
